NAUI SCUBA DIVING COURSE

Begin your underwater explorations by enrolling in a NAUI Scuba Diver class. This is our entry-level certification course where you will learn the fundamental knowledge and skills to safety dive in open water. Earning your NAUI Scuba Diver Certification card is an accomplishment for which you will rightfully feel proud and you will be ready to begin a lifetime of underwater adventures and discovering.

During your NAUI Scuba Diver class, you will learn about modern dive equipment, diving sciences, responsible diving practices and the environment. The course will begin with video lessons and physical lessons taught in a classroom environment, involving basic theory of scuba diving. This followed by snorkeling and finally, you will begin the open water training dives. The instructor will guide you through the skills needed to make sure that you are comfortable in the water and with your equipment.

What is included:

Confined water (3-4 shore dives), Open water dives (2 boat dives) & 1 fun boat dive.

NAUI Open Water Scuba Diver Course

Open Water Course Package (2024)

What is included :

NAUI Openwater course.
Accomodation (4 days, 3 nights).
Daily Meals (3 breakfast, 3 lunch & 2 dinner or 3 breakfast only) at Babura restaurant.
Transportation from Tekek jetty to resort and return.

What is NOT included :

Ferry ticket to and fro Mersing/ Tanjung Gemok.

Notice:

Before check-in/ after check-out from the resort, your luggage can be kept in the Tioman Reef Divers office while you are diving.

RM30/per room charges for EARLY CHECK IN before 12pm depend on the availabilities.
Extension up to 2pm will be charged RM30/ person and 50% charge extends room until 4pm .

Continue your training by enrolling in the NAUI Advanced Diver Course to explore new dive sites with deeper depths, under the supervision of a NAUI Instructor. This course allows divers to learn about additional underwater skills, low visibility and deep diving.

During training, students complete a minimum of six open-water dives; this includes three separate dives for navigation, night diving, and deep diving (130 feet/40 meters of maximum depth) and three remaining dives of the available options:

Wreck diving (non-penetration)
Diving for photos and videos
Diving in surf or currents
Using dive computers
